Monthly Squad Fees — Paid to St Peter’s School

These fees cover your swimmer’s regular training sessions. Each squad has its own monthly fee that reflects the level of training, coaching support, and pool time provided:

• Warriors — $130

• Vikings & Rangers — $145

• Titans — $160

• Knights — $175

Training fees are calculated annually by St Peter’s School, with public holidays, school holidays, and planned training breaks already built into the calculation. The annual amount is divided evenly across 12 months and paid in advance on the 1st of each month via direct debit.

Swimmers must have fees up to date to train or compete.

Refunds

• Missed sessions are not refundable.

• A refund may be considered if a swimmer is unable to train for more than two weeks due to injury, illness, or a life‑threatening situation (e.g., broken limb, significant medical event).

• After the initial two‑week period, a weekly credit may be applied for each consecutive week out of the water — this must be discussed with your coach.

Important: One month’s written and paid notice is required when leaving the programme.

Strength & Conditioning Fees

Strength & Conditioning is available to Titans and Knights swimmers on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays (starting 15 minutes after swim training ends).

This is charged by St Peter’s School on behalf of the Club on a cost‑recovery basis.

• Flat fee — $50 per month (Covers one, two, or all three weekly sessions)

Because this programme is cost‑recovery, prices may change — please check before beginning.

Club CostsPaid to St Peter’s Swimming Club

The Club on‑charges activity, tour, camp, and other swimmer‑related costs on a cost‑recovery basis. Where applicable, invoices are issued on the 1st of the month, with payment due by the 20th.

The Club charges 2% interest monthly on overdue accounts.

Annual CostsAnnual Club Membership Fee — $110

This fee is invoiced on 1 July each year and due by 20 July. If you join on or after 1 January, the fee is $65. Part‑year fees are due by the 20th of the month invoiced.

Membership fees are non‑refundable if a swimmer leaves mid‑season. Swimmers must have fees up to date to train or compete.

• Register with Swimming Waikato & Swimming New Zealand

• Swim in a Club Squad

Swimming Waikato & Swimming New Zealand Fees

An annual fee of $134 is paid directly through Swimming New Zealand’s FastLane system when completing your membership renewal.
