Building strength with purpose

As part of our commitment to athlete development, selected squads take part in dedicated Strength & Conditioning sessions in the gym with Bree, our specialist coach. These sessions are tailored to support swimmers in the Vikings, Titans, and Knights squads, focusing on mobility, power, injury prevention, and race-ready resilience. By integrating tsrength & conditioning training into the weekly schedule, Bree helps swimmers build strength with purpose - whether they’re working on explosive starts, streamlined turns, or overall conditioning. It’s a vital part of preparing athletes for the demands of high-performance swimming, and a key step in their progression through the club’s pathway.
