Jacob is an Associate Professor of Mathematics at the University of Waikato, specialising in computational modelling.

He has 2 sons competing at regional and national swimming events.

As the Club Recorder, Jacob brings a methodical, detail‑driven mindset to the committee. He supports the club because he values accuracy, fairness, and helping young swimmers see their progress clearly.

His contribution ensures that every swimmer’s achievements are recorded reliably, and that swimmers and coaches are able to leverage the swimming NZ database to maximum effect.
